Atomik Motorbikes

There are motorbikes called Atomiks….on ebay…..good?
I was looking at these Atomik bikes on ebay. Are these bikes any good and if i am about 180cm is it alright for me to buy one of the bikes that are 100cm tall?
They are probably one of the new bunch of cheap Chinese motorcycles that have started appearing everywhere. I have heard nothing good about any of them except from those who are selling them.
