Not getting enough fuel to carburetor.?

I have a 50cc yamaha Zuma, i believe it is a ‘05. I have been having some issues with the scooter recently. I took it apart, and cleaned the carb, air filter, and changed the spark plug. Whenever i am driving it, it will run OK for about 30 seconds then all of a sudden it will die down, the motor will slow from 35 to 20 to 10 and then stop all together.

I believe the issue is that it is not getting enough fuel to the carb. I removed the fuel line and vacuum lines to see if they were plugged, but appear to be working fine. There is 3 holes on the carb to plug these hoses but i only have the two (vacuum and fuel) hoses to plug in…is it missing something?
